Definitely recommend this location and especially our sales rep Chanel. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences in the past with cell phone providers and it feels good to know I have a place to go and not feel swindled. Chanel was very patient with me and allowed me to explore my options which was exactly what I needed. So happy she recommended a screen protector & case cause I’m so clumsy I dropped my new phone the second day and nothing happened to it. I will be back to this location and rep whenever I need to add a line or upgrade! Thank you soooo much for the excellence shopping experience :)

I love love love this store they had so many different case options for my new Iphone 13 pro Max i just purchased. I was welcomed in right away by Chanel. She was so sweet she helped me with my purchase. My family will be in to see her soon.

My husband and I decided we needed to upgrade our iPhones. When we walked into the Verizon store at the Irvine Spectrum , we were greeted right away and was treated very kindly. All of the employees in the store we extremely kind to us. Javier helped me and my husband purchase 2 new iPhone 13’s, along with some accessories, he made us feel very comfortable. Javier was very knowledgeable, personable & easy to talk to, he was able to answer all of our questions. We will definitely visit this location again

Had a great experience today working with Ashley! We have a business account with several lines and sometimes it can get a little confusing, however, Ashley made it all work seamlessly. We purchased a new phone and Ashley transferred the data while we waited. She was knowledgeable, friendly and helped us to pick the perfect phone.
