I've been trying to speak to the manager or owner regarding an work that they did, for 4 days now. I've sent 2 messages on their website, still haven't received a reply.

I recently brought in a dress to the NW Blvd location. I have no idea what the yellow stains were but Beacon said they couldn't get them out and charged me $17. They couldn't even remove the sweat stains!? I immediately went to the store to buy dye and came across Grandma's Secret Spot Remover. It took me roughly 10 minutes to treat and rinse the dress. Lo and behold, the stains are gone! If a professional can't do what I did in under 20 minutes then why bother trusting my garments to them? TL;DR You'd be better off treating your stains at home!

They were able to get cat pee out of my wedding dress for only $25! I'm so amazed! And eventhough she quoted me a week, they were done the very next day! I love this place. Shop local, you get the very best business that way!

I did my dry cleaning for the first time here last week and clothes looked great only bad thing was that 3 pairs of my pants were missing. After a week of waiting they finally found them and had payed for all pair to be cleaned. All in all they do a fantastic job I just wish that there was a ticket given to the person I had dropped them off with so when I called they didn't question If I had actually brought them in. I will rate at 5 starts if I get a perfect experience next time I go in.
