The lady who works here is very nice and easy to work with. However, she's the only one. If you call and don't get an answer, that is because she is providing superior customer service to whoever is standing in front of her. Don't like the wait times? This is the drivers license office for God's sake. You want to go an office on the west side? If you're unhappy about the limitations of this office, take your complaint to Olympia. Pullman is not that far away and the people in that office are just as nice to work with.

I believe you should be 15 16 is a good age if you have a criminal record you won't be able to get it till your 21 also because of covid you should call ahead and make sure you schedule an appointment
