The staff has a high turnover rate so I can't say much, but the ones who were there long enough to get to know came off really ?catty? ?annoyed?... I'm not sure what the right word would be. They're by far the highest priced store in the area from what I can tell. The thing that really put them in the negative was the manager/owner (she was obviously in charge of the rest of the staff) popping out of the back room making some very off comments about some customers of color. I don't know if she's flat out racist or if she's just super classist but it was not a good look.
