I go to pilot travel centers extremely frequently due to me being a truck driver and this location has by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will definitely make sure that none of mine or my companies money is ever spent here again. When I confronted the employee giving me and attitude she ignored me and to make it worse the manager standing near by just laughed and walked away.

Clean showers friendly staff! Jesse was polite and professional. It was nice to have a positive interaction. Would recommend if you are passing through.

If I could give a zero I would. I personally do not work here so when the cashier said I had to scan my own items to buy them I said never mind. The cashier was just as happy to see me leave empty handed. Guess he had no stock in this enterprise. Good on you Pilot.

Ethans cinematic universe

I remember one time I was stranded out in the desert with no gas one time and saw this place. In the light brown desert this gas station stood out like the Great oasis I was looking for. The humming of the florescent lights were like angelic beings singing a symphony right in my ears. The smell of the local homeless people feces also welcomed me. After I filled up my 1982 Chevy shitbox I headed home to tell the tale to my elders to let them know the boy they left in California has become a man. Also the gas prices were also nice.
