This place is great. What a community feel! This is a pic from their donation based burger event! They have so many activities for everyone to join in and the ladys in the office are so sweet. Everything is so so clean and well kept. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. I really can't say enough good about this place. The only downside (no fault of theirs) it the lack of groceries. A good grocery store is an hour away and don't nobody tell you buckaroo has what you need because they don't. Haha. Thank you desert gold for a wonderful time.

Best bet is to call them , this park is a little spendy but considering the pool , workout room ,rec. room and planed activities and reasonably priced entertainment , it's a good deal if you want .
Nope, nope, nope, seasonal 6 months is Oct- March, or Nov. - Apr. And this year's rate is $1470.00 about. You pay for your own electric, and out worst bill was $109.00 because we had cold snap. And that's using electric for heat. Not bad. They also have all kinds of activities all season. Fr bingo to water aerobics to yard sales to seminars. Can even go on a desert ride along with someone who has room on a side by side ATV usually monthly. Great campground.
Community events like car shows, golf tournement, and founder's days happen either before or after the show season.
I'm sorry I can't answer your question. But I do know the music jams on Saturday are worth going to. Fun and entertaining.
