This is the BEST auto part store I’ve ever been to in AZ. The staff are very helpful in a nonjudgmental and friendly manner. They ALWAYS have what I need and are quick to get an item in if it’s is not in stock. This is hands down my preferred auto part store ever! So I dropped off my truck’s computer for $250 for a rebuild. There are few new replacements because of the current, pandemic chip shortage anywhere in the USA. They are $800!a piece now if available. It was sent in and returned with a note enclosed, saying there was nothing wrong with the computer and no charge was required. I got it cleaned, diagnosed, and my money was returned. I will keep coming back, normally I go to Flagstaff, 70 miles away for parts. THANK YOU for being honest.

If I could give 11 stars, I would. We were traveling from Salt Lake City on a Sunday with our Grandma and 2 kids and our battery light came on in our 2003 Honda Pilot. Tuba City was the closest Auto Zone we could get to. Shawnery (Spelling?) tested our battery and it needed to be replaced but after doing that, the battery light was still on and he tested the alternator and it tested bad too. We were still 2 hours away from our stop for the night and with kids in the car and it was after 4:00 in the afternoon, we were wondering how this was going to end and praying hard. Shawnery told us that he was supposed to be off for the night but that he wanted to make sure we got where we needed to go so he clocked out, went home and got his tools, came back and replaced our alternator for us. It took him about an hour and he was laughing and talking with my husband the whole time. I have honestly never had a customer service experience like that with any company, ever. Shawnery deserves a raise and all the appreciation we can give him. He was literally an answer to our prayers. We made our stop that night with time to spare thanks to a caring, dedicated employee who put our needs above his own. Thank you Shawnery and Auto Zone!
