We spent 1 week at Crossroads RV Park @ $121.50 with FHU. All utilities worked as expected. All utilities are at the back of each site. Interior roads are paved and easy to navigate, while the sites are gravel. Office personnel are super friendly and helpful. Both the laundry facilities ($1.25 each) and mail room does have easy access and are well maintained. The park is very well maintained and clean. Clutter is not allowed at any sites. During the day, many loud UTV’s or side by sides can be heard. However, the park is super quiet after dark. We felt very safe during our stay. The advertised free Wi Fi was the typical RV Wi Fi. Very good during the day and very slow at night. 58 OTA TV channels were easily accessible. This RV park is filled with a mixture of full-timers and seasonal. We will go back. I would give this park a 5 star rating if the Wi Fi was better.

This was an excellent RV park, so quiet and peaceful. No traffic noise and thankfully no trains. Staff were warm and inviting and we would definitely go back to this RV park when passing through this area. Has a large community area with what I'm told a lot of activities when in season (winter) We were here in May so very quiet. Thanks again for a lovely stay. Loved the laundry room, but could be cooler in there.

Really enjoyed the 60 days we stayed here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice residents. We had a bit of a struggle getting our fourty foot fifth wheel parked, but the park manager went above and beyond helping. Overall a nice quiet place, and we would certainly return.

The place deserves a great rating. Our 5th wheel camper is 40 feet long. We had a terrible time getting parked in lot 3. Be sure to take that into account when choosing your spot. The staff is friendly and the grounds are very well cared for. The office hours are short. There is free coffee and donuts some days in the clubhouse. If you're a non-smoker be sure to ask for a location away from the smokers up front. Otherwise it will always be smoking up your camper at all hours of the day and night.

It varies by site, not by hookups but by location in the park. I had a small site facing the desert. Full hook up (no cable) for $300.00 a month.

is this a 55+ rv park?

It is primarily a senior park, but there were younger campers there also.
