Received vehicle back after in service for 2 months for new engine in less than 24 hours vehicle was on a tow truck 75 miles from home needing service for overheating same issue we had before the engine was replaced so we were broken down 75 miles from home with roadside service only take vehicle to closet service available 10 miles we had a truck with luggage and presents for 2 grandsons for parties we were expected. No rental cars in area even though Max Dye personnel also called to try and get us rental. We called family to come and get us. Absher Arnold personnel No help except to give us number to Roadside assistance.

Don't bye the garbage, my 2019 blew its engine, which they supposedly replaced after two 🤬🤬months. Then on a road trip it over heated again less then 24hrs after picking it up, had to have emergency road service tow it to the nearest dealership in Salem, IL and now it has to be towed back to absher Arnold to have them look at again! No loaner vehicles ( which is bull) I will never buy a Dodge or any vehicle from them ever again!

Would give 0 stars if i could. At first I was happy with my experience. Everyone was nice when I went to get the exact vehicle I wanted and they helped me get it quickly. Except once I got it home there was no oil in the car (didn't think to check before leaving a dealership to make sure they weren't selling me a vehicle that had no oil cuz you know that's something that shouldn't have to be checked coming from a dealership in a new car), I had knocking coming from the car shortly after, a buckle was broken that wasn't fixed before I bought it and didn't notice til after, and now I've had nothing but engine problems since buying a vehicle from them. They sold me a lemon and when I call they don't seem to care. I'm a young mom who works full time and now gotta pay for a 2018 vehicle that doesn't even wanna work. Currently looking into lawyers about what I can do but highly don't recommend buying a vehicle from here because I've had nothing but problems with my 2018 vehicle since I bought it only 4 months ago. Absolutely insane that I'm having to deal with this and pay what I have to pay monthly on a vehicle that is junk. $26,000 piece of junk. Do not buy from here!

Christa, The simplest option is to either call us at 618-993-5000 and speak to the customer service department or you could reply with your Jeep's serial number, then we can tell you what recall repair is available at no charge.
