Restrooms are old, barely functioning and definitely in need of updating. We traveled across the country and these were easily the worst restrooms that we stopped at. It really needs a complete renovation. Cleanliness was questionable.

It was clean and has a very nice vending machines and verity of snacks and drinks.

This rest area is right off interstate 81 south bound right outside Carlisle in Cumberland county, the restrooms are pretty clean and they have vending machines, the lawn is nice and you can go for a job or walk the dog.

Very out dated. But it was clean. Very small for the large amount of people stopping to use this place. It could use a rebuild. But smells clean. Reminded me of the high school locker rooms for swimming. Just strong chlorine smell.
