My wife brought our elderly dog in for a routine haircut. The staff in the grooming area were very rude to my wife and another customer that was waiting. When acknowledged, the groomer had a look of disdain towards our dog, and proceeds to inform my wife "if he is aggressive or won't sit still, I will be calling you within the hour to pick him up." He's a 17 year old teacup Yorkie! 3 pounds if that, with no teeth, and poor sight! My wife comes home distraught, hoping for the best. Within 20 minutes, the staff calls to inform her that he is uncooperative. We pick him up, and immediately make an appointment with the more efficient PetSmart in Greenbrier. We've never had an issue with them, but since we're new residents to Churchland, we decided to try the Harborview location. We will not be back, and will inform others concerning the lack of compassion for elderly dogs as well as the unsatisfactory customer service.

Took my pup in for grooming and the girl who checked her in was very pleasant. The groom itself was pretty good and the girl who assisted me when I went to pick her up (I think her name was Amber), was very nice. The check out associate was super pleasant as well. My only cause for concern was the female groomer with the pink hair. I didn’t see her name, but when I went to pick up my pup, she was grooming a small dog. The dog was visibly distressed and crying, and instead of trying to comfort the poor pup, she just kept aggressively saying “stop crying”. She was also more concerned with her phone than she was with the poor dog. I wish I had seen who the dogs owner was so that I could have let them know because if it had been my dog, I would’ve been LIVID.

First time there, and definitely going back. My dog Tuna Fish hates getting her nails clipped, they said she was perfect for them. She came out nice and clean, smelling good and nails clipped. They were very nice, explained everything, and did what they said they would do.

He originally had a tent like bed for our pup friend. Once he decided he wanted be Houdini we needed a new bed fast! I originally purchased the 36" but it was entirely too big. I was able to return it and get the correct size without any trouble at all. Its a Top Paw Indoor and Outdoor Portable Dog Crate. We're using mainly for indoor. The staff here has been pleasant and helpful ever visit! We never have an issue.
