I had an 8 piece original family meal with fries and Mac n cheese and SWEET tea. Needless to say my tea was a bitter b¡tch and we dam near fought😒. I've never had an unsweetened tea this bitter. MIND YOU I asked for a SWEET tea. Anyways to add insult to injury, my fries were bricks. My Mac n cheese was stuck to the container it was so cold. And my chicken was soggy and bland. Jesus be a fence cause the dog eating better than me ATP😑 yes I'm salty unlike my chicken cause this mess was 40 bucks mayne 😒

Employees are friendly. The food is good. Chicken tenders were a bit crunchy on the outside but juicy on the inside. However, my mashed potatoes were barely warm. 😒 Clean facility. I'll be back.

The food was fine, but the employees were very rude. As a group, they were cussing out in the open, complaining about customers in the drive-thru, and even joking about how bad their own customer service was. It made me uncomfortable to be around such negativity, and hopefully they can reflect and provide a better atmosphere next time.

This bojangles was dirty , behind counter was trash all over floors. The person that waited on us give us 1 plastic spoon for 2 dinners & 1 straw for 3 people eaten. Usually this Bojangles is better than this, I don't know what the problem was.
