I really don’t know where to start. Let’s just say this is my last year here. My rent increased a couple months ago over $200. This place is not worth $500 a month. The kitchen is the best feature of the whole house. Stairs are really loud and crackly going up as well as most of upstairs. The floors crack so bad. I recently caught a huge rat (yes rat) in my room. Last year I had a baby mouse in my room. Calling the office is useless. I had to hire someone to get him out. Crime is increasing. My sister sent me videos from ring door bell the other night boys were breaking Into peoples cars. The first year I saw security ride through at night but not anymore. The leasing agents and maintenance changes every month it seems like. Maintenance request are untimely and half done. Every stool in my house run all day randomly. Water bill is outrageous and we are charged a monthly pet fee but you have to call and ask to have someone come spray. The light has been out in my parking lot almost a year. There’s more but this is what comes to mind immediately. At this point I’m counting down until next May when I can move out of this place!!!

DO NOT RENT HERE for one the townhouse is not upgraded one bit accept the kitchen and it’s even horrible they tried to cover every thing up with paint the wall where horrible the bathrooms where extremely small baseboard around the town house was disgusting I would not recommend this place not only that but we put our deposit down and turned our application in and when it came down to do a tour of the town house we turned it down and now they are saying we can’t get our deposit back there’s more to this but I’m going to end it with THIS IS A FULL BLOWN OUT SCAM DO NOT MOVE HERE you can stay at a luxury upgraded apartment for what they are asking for and it’s not worth one cent..

I love living here for the most part, its quiet and my apt is an upgraded one. However, I wish something could be done about children congregating in the streets with their bikes and riding around our cars. Talked with management before. I would suggest monthly newsletters to reflect resident concerns being a priority. Visitors taking up resident parking spaces need to be addressed as well as towing. We renewed for another year hopefully these issues can be a priority.

I absolutely loved living out here! Had to move to be closer to work but I had no complaints. Area was quiet and they do fun things for residents each month which are always cute and fun.
