Made it a point to go here on our first night of vacation since Pizza Hut no longer is around where we live - placed an online order for pickup hours in advance and it was ready right on time! Order was fresh, hot, and made as ordered.

Every time I order something is wrong with the order. In this last order, we paid for cheese sticks and received breadsticks. I should not have to worry about checking the order every time I order food because someone cannot pay attention enough to a ticket to do their job. Edit- a year later and they still can't get anything right at this location, whoever is the manager should be replaced at this point because they cannot even get toppings correct on overpriced pizza.

I placed an order today and the estimated delivery time said 30-40 minutes. An hour later my husband called the store to find out where the order was and the woman said to him "the driver will be at your address in a few minutes" 18 minutes later I called back to ask about the order. (Mind you we live 5 minutes from the store" The same woman answered the phone and told me the same thing she told my husband "the driver will be at your door in a few minutes" I was frustrated with her dishonesty and said to cancel my order. If she was honest from the first phone call my husband would of picked up the order rather then waiting almost an hour and half to receive nothing. It is no fun being 9 months pregnant craving pizza and it takes the driver forever to reach a destination that is 5 minutes away from the store. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with this establishment. I will not be placing anymore orders at this location.

The worst Pizza Hut i have ever visited. The food is nasty. The store is dirty . The store manager Michael Jones is disrespectful, rude and UNABLE to run the establishment. I will never go back to this disgrace again.
