I would give 0 stars if I could. These people are either lazy or incompetent, or both. They could not accommodate a simple cracked phone screen only repair which was covered by Sprint T-Mobile and Asurion. I spent 4 months trying to get them to make the repair with no success. In those 4 months it was either their systems were down or they didn't have the technicians. I don't know how these people stay in business. Save yourself time and a headache and take your repairs somewhere else. Took my S21 Ultra to T-Mobile and they had it done in 1.5 hrs.
