I’ve always been a fan of Ulta but I wanted to make sure I came on today to give a review to the 119th location. This store provides excellent customer service and I wanted to say thank you. My daughter had her hair cut today by Alexys and she did a great job. It’s perfect, thank you Alexys. I bought several products today with the help of Matt. Thank you Matt for doing my makeup and helping me find several new products that I love.

I would rather give no stars! I went into the store today to buy olaplex shampoo and conditioner. The associate told me it was 5X the points buying it right now. Even though I have an account with Ulta, they required me to download the Ulta app. I did so and it wouldn't work. Called the Ulta support line, they hung up on me. Love love love the way Sam did my hair this afternoon! It's nice to find someone who is a pixie specialist. Also loved how the employees were super helpful and cheery when I was looking at various products. Very knowledgeable staff about all the products. All around great experience

I, myself, will not be buying from this store again. I bought some makeup products a long time ago and paid in full by card, but then kept on receiving mail saying my money was returned because the order didn’t go through and I needed to repay and then they charged me a fee for late payment!!?? I’ve been trying to pay and I just keep on getting more late payment fees. This is outrageous. Never shopping here again.
