I actually went for my normal oil change. I left to go get coffee around the corner and when I came back an hour later, John, came out to the waiting room to explain to me that I had 0 (zero) rear brakes. Burnett Automative told me that my brake pads were low about 8 months ago, well I wanted to wait until the rotors needed to be replaced at the same time....well, I did let that happen however, after explaining what else could go wrong I called my son and he said "ma do it, replace them", so that is what I did. Thank you John and Burnett Automative for keeping me safe and my car in good running in good order....

My car battery very unexpectedly seemed to be in need of immediate replacement (100 degree temps outside and car was struggling to start). I was in the area for kids summer activities, drove by Burnett Automotive, and parked out front without turning my car off because I was scared it would not start up again if I turned it off. I was on a time crunch but Eddie checked the car out and they were able to replace the battery. They completed the work in less than 40 minutes without any appointment. I wouldn't expect that degree of walk-in timeliness on every visit, but they definitely saved our family's day! Very impressed and grateful!

This was my first experience at a mechanic after moving across the country and Burnett did NOT disappoint!!!! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly; I told them I needed an oil change and to make sure my car was ready for a long road trip. They got me in quickly, gave the car a good look and assured me it was roadworthy. The service was great and fairly priced. Looks like I found my new mechanic!!!

I needed a tow and they were very prompt about making sure my car was looked at first thing! Christian has gone above and beyond to help me with issues with my car that didn’t have anything to do with needing a new alternator! He is very caring and conscientious about making sure my car is in good shape! I will use them for everything from now on!
