I waited to write this review to make sure our carpet measurements were cut right. And they were! Ms. Mona Rinehart was very helpful, she told us who to ask for in the carpet department. She stayed with us throughout the process. Most importantly she did not try to force her opinion on my wife. Mona is the best sales person we've run across in a long time. Knowledgeable, Patient, Energetic, and NOT pushy. Ms. Mona directed us to Mr. Johnny in the carpet department, that's who cut our carpet. He was dead on with measurements. Now remember he is going by the measurements you give him. Don't blame him if your measurements are wrong. He's going by what you tell him. Our 3 rooms where 12x13 one was 12x16 he added up the square feet and the cuts were PERFECT. He knew his stuff when it came to the padding also. Ask for Mr. Johnny. Those two people make a Great Team!

I was looking to replace my counter height table and chairs and found something online I wanted to see in person at the store. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised at the inventory (amount and quality). I was assisted by a lovely sales associate by the name of Mona Rhinehardt. She was helpful without being pushy. She helped get the measurements I needed as well as pricing (with tax and delivery). As luck would have it the furniture was in stock and could be delivered within the week! The delivery went as scheduled and the gentleman delivering demonstrated great care in setting up my new kitchen table and chairs. I could not me more pleased with the customer service and savings I received shopping at The Dump.

My wife and I had never been in before Friday but we are happy to say that we had a really good first experience. Carol Lee saw us within a couple of minutes of walking in and walked over to see if we needed any assistance. Off the bat, she was patient with our questions, kind, professional, and helpful. She went out of her way to help us with something that was on the website but was out of stock in-store, and kept good rapport throughout the experience. The manager was very helpful too as we needed to consolidate our shipment with a separate order from Haynes and he made it happen. We will definitely return in the future.

Delivery was fast recliner couch base split manufacturers defect. First customer service person never called back and did NOT put in repair order. Second customer service person put order in said she would update me by phone Monday Never happen. Tues repair person came Need NEW REPLACEMENT COUCH. Called Dump on hold for 30 min No update on when to expect couch. Mr Higgins was a good salesman.
