Received notification messages and indicated it was delivered but not to my resident and they delivered to ups store on 7th street Novato…why???

I made five back and white copies from the coping machine and they charged me $4.09. I said why so much? He said there is computer fee for $3. I went other UPS store, there is no such fee if I don’t use the computer. They charge me only a dollar for 5 copies. The guy called Bob he is the owner the attitude is very bad and rude! If you have a choice, don’t go this one!

Rise Shine

What is up with the hours at this store. 4pm and it’s closed already. Complete joke on the hours they are open. They are closed Sunday’s and open till 4 Saturday’s and till 6pm weekdays. Great hours for people who work till 5 pm we get a Saturday till 4 pm and that’s it.
