We just finished a six month lease here (waited for a house being built close by) and have had a very positive experience. It was quiet, clean, maintenance issues handled quickly, and management staff are professional and friendly. A big bonus for us was the ability to have that short term lease and we were able to bring our pit bull without an issue. Plenty of parking and safe. The only negatives I would say (and taking away a star) is that it’s an older complex and the appliances are on the old side (but still work). I would recommend LakeRidge Square Apartments.

Besides the issues of my son being sick (who did not reside with me at the time) and my husband frequenting the property (who also did not live with me at the time), I loved the apartment. Loved the quiet location and it was literally within 2 miles of wherever I needed to go. I thought the idea that the rent did not include the electric was a bit bizarre. Absolutely a beautiful place. If it weren't for our new house I'd miss the apartment.

I lived at this apartment 3 maybe 4 years ago. I left my forwarding address. I terminated my lease due to moving into a home. Well down the road I find them on my credit report. First you didn't mail anything to my current address, no email instead I call the Collection agency and they tell me they only have an address over 9 years old. I've paid it. Would have paid it sooner or paid it had you mailed a bill to me. Not 100% you did. Terrible.

I was a resident at this apartment for almost 4 years. I always paid my rent early. Only to be hassled over petty issues, which issues were after the fact and not shown to addressed appropriately before hand. This complex offers 2 bedroom 2 bath only for an outrageous rent for the area. The complex only has a pool and the outgoing mail is not available upon multiple requests. The solution was a simple mailbox outside the main office. Said mailbox is as simple as a private residence box. There was no security feature that any random person could not retrieve your mail after you place it in. Coincidently I had a few mailings that went "missing". Also the office is not open on weekends. It says you can call to accommodate but not accommodations are made. The office hours are 8:30am -5pm. So if you work a normal 8-5 or even 830-5 or heaven forbid 9-5 you will not be able to go to the office for resolution to get packages left there. Most people leave well in advance for work in commuting so you can clearly see the issue. Maintenance issues must be addressed 2-4 times before being resolved. That is even if they are. Save yourself the HASSLE AND DISAPPOINTMENT! The Links 2 minutes down the road are much nicer and much more accommodating for much less. The places charges near West End prices but has NOTHING to offer!!! Just got to the West End and get a more secure place with more amenities, after you are PAYING FOR IT!
