Because the shoppers go through the store and act like pigs. Figure it out. Instead of complaining and maligning the store publicly, why not bend over and pick up some of the mess? Or just ask for help and tell management onsite of the disarray. I am not in any way connected with the store. I am just a client. I buy all my children's clothing from Old Navy, and the store is not perfect but the money I save is monumental. I hate online shopping and like to support local business. If people like you continue to post negative junk, then Old Navy will just be another local casuality. You can't solve anything by tirades. I always pick up things in various stores to help out. It doesn't harm me in any way. It helps employees and shoppers alike, it preserves the quality and saleability of the items I save, and it cuts down on the damages which helps the stores profitability and they then turn the savings onto the community. They also pay extreme local taxes which pay for our local benefits.
