Walked inside and the place was disorganized. Tons of clothes were on the floor. Hangers were kinda just laying everywhere like they were part of the floor. Some of the clothes was ripped and had holes in them. Very unorganized and it was difficult to find stuff. Everything was kinda just everywhere. You had to go on a scavenger hunt to try and find an item you were interested in. Not sure either what exactly happened earlier and they seemed well staffed. Just giving my opinion based on what I could see.

I was yelled at and treated like a criminal for using the fitting room for trying on a dress that I desperately needed the next day. It was 1/2 hour before the store closed. There was a sign saying the bathroom was closed but not the fitting room. The woman called me disrespectful and got like 2 managers even though I left the dressing room was soon as I was told. Even told me I was trying to exercise my “privilege.” I felt seriously attacked and unsafe. Seriously, this is how you treat another human, let alone a customer. I will never walk in this place again.

A little expensive for the clothes but no problem at all! I love this place and my clothes r always perfect for OOTD, but no matter what I get, it is gonna be cute bc it's from Ross duh 😂 Love the place tho!!

I used to love shopping at Ross but this one almost never has anything I am going to buy. Limited stock of even the stuff they have so it's very disappointing a lot of times. You figure you could find at least ONE THING I want that's in my size 🤷‍♀️ Maybe it's a supply chain issue and it will be different in a month or two.
