Do not Grubhub at this Dunkin’. I Placed an order consisting of a sausage egg and cheese croissant, a latte, hash browns, and a donut. The first issue was that they didn’t have croissants for my breakfast sandwich, so I asked for a bagel with the sandwich. I received just a bagel. A plain, cold, bagel instead of a breakfast sandwich like I ordered. The second issue was the fact they forgot my coffee, thankfully my Grubhub driver remembered and got it. Then to top it all off, I didn’t receive my hash browns. Terrible.

Excellent customer service! Everyone was nice and helpful and I got my nice hot green tea with my one dozen delicious donuts.

Today was free donut day with any drink purchase. The refreshers are the BEST... just request no ice bc your drink will be filled to the rim with ice and 2 sips of drink. The lines stay long but they move pretty fast. My only issue... my donuts are NEVER warm. They always cold. Other than that... good customer service.
