We were in and out quick, no drive-thru. There were several sporting events in town including our softball tournament so they were swamped but haven't doing it very well and still remaining very polite and quick!!

This is a small building tucked away a bit, but it's always busy in the mornings. There's a few seats inside to stay and relax, but it's certainly not a lounge atmosphere. There's a section for mobile order pickup and a little queue for the line. Every time I've been here, the service has always been quick and friendly. I can't speak for all the variety of items, but the donuts are fresh and available and, even when busy, usually replenished quickly. There's a reason they are so busy and that's because the items and staff are top notch!

The lady took my order in wrong after asking me if I wanted my latte hot or cold... I asked for hot and she put in cold so I had to wait an extra twenty minutes and after I received a small (or medium, doesn't matter, it wasn't a large) the staff seemed yo have an attitude, on a plus side, it wasn't directly towards me but still. Then I get home and my bagel had no cream cheese on it... idc how backed up a line is, if your quality is on this level, fire and rehire... your staff clearly doesn't care for your businesses rep.. oh wait, i forgot they get a pass since it's expected of Harrisburg
