My landlord bought a refrigerator to replace my broken one. Delivery is set for 8/2/20. Never received a call for delivery time. Tried to call Lowes & was on hold for 2 hours. No one answered the call, not even customer service. When I finally talked to a woman in appliances she was very rude & said she couldn't help me. I would just have to wait until 5 a.m. & try to call back. This business is a disgrace

Another waste of my time. Lowes must be a perfect place to work. This is a place where the employees get paid for doing absolutely nothing. Went in to find a item, upon entering there were three employees near the front door in a circle having a conversation with each other. While I stumbled along trying to find the item in the area they were standing,got no customer service at all. Found one employee who was standing doing nothing in the middle of the store. I asked about where to find this item. They pointed and said I think it was on another isle. Went to the isle the item was not there. Continued to search for this item, and past four more Lowes employee in a circle having a conversation, joking around loudly. Gave up my search after my 30 minute visit and just left totally dissatisfied. I then took my time and went to Home Depot where I got help from there employees upon entering the front door.

This is a big box store, but they were clean, they had everything we were looking for, and the prices were what you'd expect. The only negative is that finding someone to help or even to run the register was difficult. They had a self-checkout, but I refuse to use those.

I just watched an elderly couple try to retrieve a product they ordered from Lowe's. The product came in and it was finally determined that the product was put in a locker next to the shopping carts. The Lowe's employee walked with the couple to the lockers but they could not open it. The employee came back to the register and another employee asked " did they get what they ordered"? The employee answered " no, they could not open the locker". So the elderly couple went home without their item. I saw all of this and could not believe the employee would not get help so they could leave with their item. Please train employees on how to get access to lockers!!
