I usually have no issues with this Kroger and I have few actual complaints about it as a grocery store. But this visit made my personal rating of it as an establishment PLUMMET. This Kroger usually has 2 single person bathrooms: a men's and a women's in the Starbucks and 2: a single use men's and women's near the pharmacy. Well today its men's restrooms were closed and only 2 single use bathrooms were open in the entire store. The one that I went in was the Starbucks women's room labeled with a piece of paper: Unisex. Now I have no issue with a unisex restroom as long as it's kept clean but this bathroom was NASTY. Here's the list: no toilet paper, seat left up with human fluid on it, pee on the floor, the soap was not in the dispenser, and the baby changing stations were left down with paper towels on them. It was utterly disgusting and I had to use it because I had no choice. I left that bathroom in such a rage and disgust I completely forgot about my groceries for a minute.

I'd like to know why there are zero carts available? Everyone this , 2/06/22 , afternoon had to go back to the lot to get their own cart. Also why are the smaller carts not available anymore? I haven't seen any in 6 weeks or more. BTW, you are completely out of cream cheese.

I love this Kroger. I do all my food shopping here. I buy my money orders here when it’s time to pay the rent. I have also purchased some quality things for my kitchen like a strainer, bread knife, cups, and candles. They have an excellent selection of kitchen goods. Customer service has been great. They honored a sale tag that was a couple weeks old. Staff here are very friendly! I shop here because I like the quality of their fruits and produce. I was horrified when I went to Food Lion.
