I could not recommend it for personal or family travel. When I checked in, the lobby stunk of marijuana. The hallways reeked of it, too. There were security guards in the hallways - which was not a good sign - but definitely necessary. The property is dated and counts on its proximity to a conference center for business. We stayed as a sports team and were excited to have a pool - which was closed all weekend for an incident that should have been resolved in hours.

Positive: We have used this hotel previously when it was the Radisson. Rooms have always been very clean. Negative: When the hotel was the Radisson they used to have Sleep Number beds which is what we have a t home. Really missed that they don't have them anymore.

Positive: Nothing, this hotel was as bad as it was 20-30 years ago. Horrible hotel. This hotel is a .5 hotel, nowhere close to a 3.5 star. Negative: Everything. This hotel should be a 0.5 star hotel. It had horrible smell. Some of the furniture in the room was torn and looked 20-30 years old. The shower sucked. The beds are horrible. The staff was the only good thing about this place.

Positive: Staff was very nice, location was good, the fitness center was perfect, and the beds were comfy. Negative: The rooms felt chilly, and there wasn¿t a microwave.
