Quite possibly illegal practices for state inspection. Old man on an oxygen tank told me to get in but my car was too close to the wall. I expressed my concerns but he told me to keep coming in. I did as be said then he got mad at me for leaving him no room. At end he leaned in and was certain my car was going to fail unless I slipped him an extra $20.

Looks like a run down gas station / small used care sales place. If I remember correctly it has a yellow roof. If your in the parking lot facing the main street Rite Aide is to your right.
