As busy as other Walmarts I've been to. Daughter and son-in-law went in to get a couple of things that were forgotten. Didn't take much time, which was nice, since the rest of us were sitting in the van in the heat, waiting for them. Getting in and out of the lot were easy because of the traffic lights... very helpful!

Pick up orders are always perfect!!! And staff who bring them to the car are sweethearts. I'm disabled and this helps me so much.

I purchased several items including a computer mouse and mouse pad the evening of 6/30/22. Of course, I forget the bag with my items at the self-check. I promptly called this morning to alert the customer service desk and to ask about picking up the items after work. The person on the phone immediately went to the assumption I was trying to steal something and said they would have to review video footage. I have the receipt, attempted to be polite, but this location is a mess. Theft must be a real issue when you have to keep screw drivers and dog collars behind glass but insulting every customer implying, they are a thief is not the proper response. Not much that can be done with a company as large as Walmart, but thought someone should know.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was shopping for a client who receives food stamps. I went to pay for his purchase and ot was only taking off a portion of the total. When I would try to rescan the card it was declining thr card. A lady named Amy came over to "help" me. She was no help he was well apparently you don't have the money to cover the charges. I informed her that the finds were indeed on the card. I even called the number to show her the funds were in the client's card. He told me thay she didn't know what to tell me. I needed to pay the rest with a debit card or shop somewhere else. I asked to speak to a manager. She went abd for a young girl named Kristen, who was NOT a manager. She proceeded to scream that since I was poor and needed to use food stamps I needed to know how they work. If i didn't like that they would not take the card I needed to go somewhere else. I again asked for a manager. When he finally came over he had flipped his name tag over so I could not get his name. I explained what was going on and that the other two employees were rude. He was like whatever just tell me what you want me to do. I explained to him that I wanted to return everything and I would shop everywhere. He said he canceled the order so I could just leave. I explained to him that a portion of money had already came off of the client's card abd he argued with me that inwas worng. Then I proceeded to call the customer service number and have them lost the transaction. It was indeed on there. He then decided to push a few buttons and told me the money should be back on the card in several hours. I will no longer be shopping at this Walmart again.
