Worst service and not reliable. I called a day before my trip ( yo drive us to the airport), I did emphasize how timing was very crucial. We called the driver “ 15 mins after our scheduled time” he seemed to be either drunk or a asleep and forgot our ride, he said he will be there in like 20-30 mins. We had to cancel and drive ourselves there!!!! What a waste and unprofessional way especially with this service!!!!

We needed a taxi for an early morning flight, So I set the taxi for 3:45 AM. I called twice to verify the time. We were almost late for our flight, because the taxi never showed up or called. Luckily it was not a long trip so we could park at the airport. Just trying to save other people from missing flights!

Used 3 times and have never been disappointed. He takes his job serious and make sure you are satisfied. He is there on time, and even sends a text when he is close to update you. Very nice comfortable car. No smoking which makes is so much better. Nice guy. Will recommend to anyone. Always call AAA Taxi
