Called to ask if they had a Xbox elite controller in stock. They first person to answer told me that he thought they had a few and would look. I got put on hold so the guy could finish helping a costumer and go look. After about 10 mins a lady got on the phone and asked what I called for. I told her what I was looking for and she instantly told me no they don’t have any. So I went in to look for myself and literally watched them sell it to a customer. I’ve never had a problem with this place and it’s always been great service. Just wish she would’ve looked first and not just tell me no

Zero return policy on any electronics. Mine as well play a gamble for cheaper on Marketplace. Bought an amplifier, and it was not working so I brought it back. No refunds, and no exchange. This company lost my business for good. They use to be good, and would make right on defective electronics; that was then, and this is their policy now. They do not make you aware of this policy when you make a purchase. Other shops will have a 15 day return, and I highly suggest going elsewhere.
