I buy 6-8 pairs a year for the entire family. In april i went to the store and bought 2 shoes... after trying them on. One of the shoes was not available in the color they wanted... so they had to order it. In the order for 2 size 9's they ordered a womens size 9 and a mens size 9.. instead of 2 mens 9. The shoes arrived... and I promptly wore the shoe that was the mens size 9. The other shoe I kept in the rack... but I discarded the boxes. Of course, who would have thought that you order 2 shoes at the same time and the sales guy makes a mistake !!! Never happens right! So a few months later I tried the second shoe and was surprised by the fit... the tags did not say womens etc. So I assumed something was wrong for a shoe to be this small (after I tried the same shoe, different color in the store) I took it to the store and they said they will not take the shoe back (I did not have the box, even though i had the tags) ... I called asics customer service and they said the same thing - if you had the box blah blah....... The problem was that the customer service team could not acknowledge that they made a mistake or ordering the wrong gender shoe Waiting for the manager or the supervisor from asics corporate to respond.
