Great place to go rock hopping and would be a nice swimming hole to find relief on a hot day. The natural rock slide is rather enjoyable.

Lots of different trails to explore, several along water, which we and our dog love! Great places in town to get a bite to eat or drink before and/or after, too!

This tiny 1/4 mile village on the outskirt of French Creek State Park hosts a cozy bakery, Inn, and a few shops...but the highlight for me was the river trails directly behind the village. Just follow the sound of the roaring creek and you’ll quickly find this gorgeous gem. We parked at the lot behind arcade and walked right into the woods behind. The rain fed this creek to feel like a river with soaring waters & sounds. We spent half the day climbing & peeking around the rocks, trees & bends. Yes, there is a lot of graffiti on rocks but it doesn’t take away from its amazing beauty.

Yes, in the stores you need a mask. In the park no but I would bring one for your own protection for areas that you may have to walk through that may be packed all really depends on what time you go
