I had an appointment at 3:00 pm and got serviced at 4:00 pm, it's a bit of a wait. That location is really busy. Dr. Kim, Sandra, and Jennifer are very friendly, caring and informative. I guess 1 hour is worth the wait, they made it up cause of their hospitality and costumer service. Although, I am a bit sad that Dr. Kim has to leave that branch. The mission street location is lucky to have a dentist like Dr. Kim. Yes, I recommend this place.

I came in for an appointment today March 26, 2022 and the orthodontist was Dr Fay. This doctor was the most professional and best orthodontist I have ever encountered. He explains everything in great detail answers any questions that you have and ensure you understand everything he explains. I have a follow up appointment coming up in a few months. If Dr. Fay is not with the practice I will go elsewhere. I super appreciate that you guys have hired Dr. Fay he is the best orthodontist.

Will not visit again. No problem with service and attitude but you guys need to stop over-scheduling patients when you are so understaffed. I spent 2 hours waiting just to hear the doctor’s opinion on wisdom teeth removal, while two other patients had to leave and reschedule because they were waiting for too long. Please make arrangements in a way that actually makes sense.

Today I went in for my ortho consultation with Dr. Fay. I had a GREAT experience with him. Super Friendly. Would recommend my friends and family. And also Anny was super gentle with my teeth during my X-ray. Also very friendly.
