Very loud! People were up tell 530 am blasting music and yelling. A lot of the sites had trash in them, and no deep enough area to swim in or easy access to the water. Just a slippery bank. It’s is pretty though, and the bathrooms were clean.

Nothing better than spending the day or weekend in this area between the valley and coast for river fun, hiking, mountain biking, riding dirt bikes or quads and lots of 4x4 places to play from easy stuff to extreme 4x4 and rock crawling around this area also. Not a lot of open places to go to the river/creekside if you wait to long to get out there, if you don't want to walk to far away from your car head there first thing in the morning to beat the crowd's.

Me and my girlfriend went here a few years ago , we didnt see anyone or any cars while we were there , we then proceeded to fish off the slick clay bank and hangout with our dog for about a hour. and then we heard people singing in a creepy way slowly coming towards us and getting closer like they knew we were there .we then decided to pack our stuff and leave never seeing the people , but I've heard after that there has been people who have gone missing out there. If you planning on visiting I would definitely plan on having a gun for protection, its a big area that's not patrolled and there's plenty of spots for creepy people to linger around.

We rented one of the picnic shelters for an anniversary, the area was dirty and had to be cleaned. Other than that its a great campground and well maintained otherwise. The grassy area could be mowed more often before each weekend. We will return.
