This was the worst experience I have ever had with customer service. My Hustler mowers has been sent back 3 times in 3 months. The service Manager Matt has tried ever reason he can to make the issues my fault and The salesman Jim basically yelled at me when I called him to complain that my mower was delivered after its 3rd repair with a flat tire stating that someone must have left the air out. This business has the worst customer service. Walmart gets more stars then they do.

Friends have had a Hustler since june and ahve had nothing but issues. First the delivery caused damage to their new tractor. Recommended they just buy paint and fix it, Then it had an oil leak within 3 weeks of ownership. Then after getting it back within another 3-4 weeks they had a blade come free due to improper installation and missing hardware. Now their belt is destroyed and this is all within 3 months of owning it and several trips back for service. The sad part is they are not rectifying the situation and have only offered to "sell it" for my friends with a 15% commission. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go elsewhere for your lawn mower needs.

We traveled 4 hours to visit PowerPro Equipment. One of the owners met us at our truck with an umbrella because it was raining pretty good. He welcomed us in and took us straight to the Spartan mower. My brother had been shopping around for. He answered all the questions that we asked. At the end of our visit, the gentleman walked outside to our trailer and took a couple measurements to make sure the mower would fit the trailer with the deck installed on the mower. The man included a few "thank u gifts" for travelling to his mower dealership and making the purchase. We had a wonderful experience!
