My original review wasn't great. Think some employees could be nicer. That said, vast improvement the more time I've spent there with the other employees. Surprisingly solid selection at this store. Some barrel proofs, cask strengths. Unfortunately, my vehicle has been hit in the parking lot three times now. LOL.

People might not know that not all wine & spirits are they same; this one is one of the fancier ones. There is a better chance of finding a rare item or a special buy here. They had the special bottle i was looking for and it was amazing. So if you're looking for something just past the level of normal, would recommend checking here.

People are constantly calling, or course it's always busy.
They take calls until 6pm. Just keep trying.
You do call ahead. Place your order. They will check to see what they have in stock and call you back to confirm. They do not accept cash. Only cards. They will call you when its ready. When you get there they can either leave it on the ground by your car or put in in your car. They will ask for your Driver's License to verify that it is you. My only concern was that I placed my order on Wednesday and didn't get a call until Thursday to pick up. I don't know if this is normal.
