Vacation saved! While traveling to Lake Chelan I realized I had forgotten to pack contact lenses. Tammy and the team were able to get my prescription info and brand of contact ready so I was able to pick up that day and be ready for a day at the lake with my family. I got call back follow ups and the personal touch you'd expect from people who actually care. It was amazing, thank you!!

The people are great but my computer glasses seem very difficult to get right. The first pair had the wrong magnification and the redone pair has a tiny field of focus, making them difficult to use without getting a headache. They offered to try a few more things so hopefully gets better.

Very professional organization! Everything was clean and Dr and staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent location also. I had gone there a few months back to get the small plastic nose bridge piece on my glasses fixed and they did it quickly and did not charge me for it even though I had not been a previous customer. That definitely made me want to go back, and I was due for an exam.

Thank you, we do have a wide selection of Silhouette frames! We are not currently preferred providers with VSP. However, you can still be seen here and we would love to have you! Despite not being preferred providers, you are still able to receive your VSP benefits in the form of an out of network reimbursement for any services and products you receive here. Our team is very knowledgeable re this process of getting your reimbursement and would provide and complete the necessary forms that you would need to submit, for you.
