Ordered a stainless steel over head microwave online for pickup , couldn't get the help when I got there, they said someone was going to bring it out, no 9ne showed had to go back in the store and tell them I was waiting 30 mintue . Ugh. And there was one right there supposedly that was mine. then I get it home and it's white! 🤷🤦 Didn't get the right one since it was suppose to be stainless. Tried calling can't get anyone on the phone. 😥 I'm just a tad disappointed, I don't complain but this has happened 2 times. I live inn east Wenatchee

Not what I expected. Had our big snowstorm the day cabinets we’re supposed to be delivered Two weeks later they finally arrived. 13 boxes that had writing on every box Open and inspect within 7 days. 3 weeks later they were finally opened. One box was missing and it was my pantry. Waited another 5 weeks before pantry was delivered and another 3 days for installer. I cannot believe he didn’t realize the pantry wasn’t with original order. It was almost as tall as floor to ceiling. Then countertop had to be measured and made. They finished as a favor to me in a week. The sink faucet cracked setting on back pour heat for 1 1/2 months. Still waiting.What I paid for installation wasn’t on installers work order
