The workers were very rude to my daughter when she came in she showed them a picture of a top on her cell phone and the workers laughed rolled their eyes than showed her where. Can’t believe they let such uptight and disrespectful girls have the job won’t be taking my daughter here anymore if anything we will only be ordering online!

Brandy Melville has got to be the most popular clothing brand for middle school girls. Their clothes are cute and trendy. The reason I rated them 3 stars instead of 5 is because they are not sustainable, meaning the way their clothes are made is not respectful of the environment or animals.

Understaffed and the girls don’t seem interested in helping customers. The 20 minutes I was there one girl was working and two others were in the back talking. I did find a shirt for my daughter but then they couldn’t get the POS system to approve any credit cards. Finally left and went to Palo Alto store and had a much better experience.
