Red haired manager is very rude and pouty. Refused to serve anyone who came inside and couldn’t make eye contact with the 8 customers in line to shout at them. I’ve never been to a less efficient dunkin.. every single dunkin across the country is busy and still able to serve people inside while doing drive through. They’re attitudes just make it worse of an experience. I’d never want to go to this dunkin again.

The staff is always very friendly but I’ve been disappointed with my coffee pretty frequently. It either tastes very watery or they add too much milk or syrup even after I specify just 1 or 2 pumps. I feel like it’s been a waste of money but hoping to try them again!

I stop here almost every day before work. Literally the fastest drive thru ever 99% of the time. Sometimes I barely have to stop my car. Typically in and out in less than a minute. My order is always correct and everyone is friendly. I’ve never had any issues.

This Dunkin has got my order wrong numerous time and I always ordered on the mobile app. The manager questions everything when u write a complaint. Asks u why u complained and when you tell him why there’s always an excuse. Dealing with this kind of customer service at 6:30 am ain’t it! Then on top of that asking me why I go to that location if he’s so unprofessional. I tell him it’s on my way to work which is none of his business. To say the least I complained to corporate and I no longer go there. Starbucks is better quality and amazing customer service. They need to learn a thing or two!
