Yes, we will drop the equipment off to your venue in cases, and pick it up when your event is over. We only ask that you place the equipment back in the cases the way it came. :)
Yes, our prices are usually 50-60% less than hotel prices.
Our prices are the lowest in the city. AV companies have been over charging people for years. If your quote is so low it’s to good to be true, then it probably is.

YES! We can provide you with a variety of TV Monitors for your booth. Monitors on stands are the most common request, but we can provide you with any type of equipment you may require at the convention center.
We hear this every now and then. Our prices are fair, we are happy with them. We are not sure what other comapnies charge, occasionally a client will share that with us. However we base our prices off of what seems fair.

95% of projectors CAN NOT BE USED OUTSIDE DURING DAY TIME HOURS. The sun is so bright that the image is not viewable. Please to not let anyone tell you differently. A projector that works in the sun will be over $800 to rent for the day. We do not rent projectors to be used during the day outside, we can offer you 75in TV Monitors instead. We are confident you will be able to see those.
We can arrange for a technician to stay for the duration of your event. Unless otherwise discussed our technicians will deliver and setup the equipment only. If you are onsite they will review the features and functionality of the device or devices with you. Once they have delivered and setup they leave. Please make sure to discuss having a tech stay when you speak wit us.

Absolutely, we will deliver the equipment and set it up completely. Our professionally trained technicians will familiarize you with the equipment, they will not leave until you are completely confident you know how to use it. We also can have one of our technicians stay for the duration of the event, just to make sure everything goes right. In some cases the event will call for one of our professionally trained operators. They will manage your event from a AV standpoint, and handle anything computer or sound related.
We accept direct payment through our invoice that will be emailed to you. We also accept cash, check, and various payment applications.
Yes, we do. If your event is planning on having speakers as well as playing music, Mitey AV can also provide you with a mixer or DI box to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Mitey AV has experience working in almost all the major hotel properties, conference centers and unique event spaces throughout New Orleans. We not only are intimately familiar with the needs and peculiarities of most ballrooms and meeting spaces, but we maintain great working relationships with the hotel properties we work in. Our prices are consistently 40%-60% than the in house AV company. If you are holding your meeting or event at a hotel, in almost all cases we can provide audio visual rentals and production support. Before you execute your contract with the hotel, read carefully those areas related to outside audio-visual. In many cases the hotel sales person will strike any language that requires you to use the in-house AV (if there is such a requirement, it is rare).
