I had the pleasure of staying here with my son and was amazed by the beauty of the property and attention to detail from the staff. The room was beautiful and equipped with EVERYTHING we needed and even some delicious snacks (courtesy of Danielle, the assistant general manager!!). The grounds were kept clean & great for outdoor working out & walking pets. Even got to catch some lightning bugs!! 10 out of 10, can’t wait to return!!

Lived here for 2.5 years (2018-2020) and was extremely happy with the place. Management was super responsive to issues or general concerns. Nothing that I raised was ever pushed off or delayed. The unit itself was great (not brand new but extremely well maintained) and the gym was small but clean and well kept. Pool / business area also very nice. Pricing is upfront ( there aren't hidden charges ). Management was very reasonable, I had to extend my lease a couple times while searching for a place to move during covid. Only left because I needed to relocate.

The flats at AVE are excellent to live, very quiet and very nice. The management team from the Club House always exceeds our expectations. From Diane, Amber, Brittany up to Sarah, all of them are extremely polite and nice with residents. The service is worth the one provided in luxury hotels but with deep friendliness on top. Because of that, I would state that besides AVE Malvern is not the most modern place to live around, it is for sure the most pleasant. We are AVE resident since 3 weeks only and will be very sad on the day our short term stay will finish here.
