Nice place, beautiful views by the bay and plenty of amenities, and friendly staff. However, golf carts are so disrespectful, as they believe they have the right away everywhere, this includes when they cut across empty sites and they will cut you off to prove it. Waterpark is part of the stay, just avoid the two slow slides as the seams stick up and scrape your back as you go down it. They also charge for miniature golf and an arcade. Arcade is $3.00 for a lot of games and mini golf is $5.00 a game. We enjoyed our stay but we'll be looking for a more inclusive camp site in the future. Also one that has better rules for younger drivers in golf carts, not completely in the owners control but it should be looked into.

We stayed at the beginning on June in a deluxe cottage. The park is very nice with just minor complaints. It’s very kid and dog friendly. The campground was actually pretty empty during the week, the cost could be to blame. The cottage was okay. I didn’t realize there weren’t going to be sheets or blankets do we had to buy some. But the place was rather clean with enough stuff to get you by like silverware, plates, cooking utensils ect. The kids were able to ride their bikes and have fun without anyone bothering them. The dog park was a bust because it’s right beside some standing water which resulted in getting eaten alive by mosquitoes. The camp store has just about everything you may need. Would stay again if they fix their prices

My family of 5 rented this camper for a few days. Site was awesome, right on the water. We obviously went during “off season” but still had a great time. Camper was BRAND NEW! Had 3 bunks in the back for the kids, great size dinette, recliner sofa, full bath, queen up front, and included all the necessities. Staff was polite and helpful. Activities for the kids, Fun time had by all. Thanks for a great spring break.

Wonderful experience. We’ve got our camper parked for the month. Staff has been, I hate To say, overly friendly but it’s been WONDERFUL. Every weekend we use the app for our kids activities. We love it! 2 ladies a blonde and brunette ride by with welcomes and good mornings almost daily, stops and talks to those with any questions or issues. The store has everything. Arcade very fun and staff was friendly, front desk staff smiling. I get pricing is a huge issue and I do agree summer months are just over priced but with the upgrades coming and hopefully more promotions in April we will be back.
