Ordered lunch at the drive through window. Before placing my order I was told they did not have nacho cheese and 2 other menu items..Then was told they were accepting cards or exact change only. Food items ordered were ready quickly, were correct and the quality i expect from Taco Bell, not that great.

Edit: I'm changing my review to 1 star as the last order I got, I was given food with PLASTIC PIECES in it!!! Other taco bells are never out of stuff and this location is ALWAYS out of not one or two ingredients, but nearly all of their items.

No meat only cheese paid extra for supreme didn't receive nothing but meat And cheese And only go 3 Chalupas with hardly any meat when I ordered 2 chulapa meals. All cheese have pics of everything $50 wasted worst restaurant in hermiston order ground beef got nasty meat

I placed an online order at 0815 because the app says the store is open. I selected drive-thru and when I show up there is a standalone sign that says 11am-11pm even though the door says 8am-3am or later..... my money was taken but now I don't get my food?! I've already been charged for the purchase. That's unacceptable.
