We first got to try their prime rib. My brother made a roast with rosemary butter and it was some of the best meat I’ve ever had. We got the combination box and grilled some New York steaks tonight and we are completely sold. These steaks were above and beyond better than what we normally buy in the store in every single way. This place officially became our once a month (edit: we now find that the meat lasts us at least one month!) meat delivery store. They shipped fast and it arrived really well packed. Well done, Painted Hills! Can’t wait to try the sirloin! edit: Well, it turns out the sirloin is officially me and my fiancées favorite. It is insane. We ordered a second box which got here quick. I reached out to them with questions and I got the VIP treatment from several staff members. To say their customer service is exceptional is an understatement. Companies that boast about their customer service don’t hold a candle to these kind people. This is officially our go to company for everything beef. Additionally, their coffee is phenomenal and the mug I got is beautiful (and apparently a photo one of their staff members took!) Also, we did use the ground beef for tacos because it’s all we had (normally we’d reserve it for other things) but holy cow (lol) we can never go back to the cheaper stuff. Keep up the great work, Painted Hills!

Was given a rib roast last New year ( 2018).Locally at Market Time (Seattle). Disappointing. Loaded with gristle and fat. Would not usually comment but at $16.99 a pound ( much more than twice the cost of competitors offerings, though perhaps not "natural" like Painted Hills. It was a gift or I for sure would have taken it back.All was not lost,gave most to the dog.
