Today, I was truly disrespected. I stopped and got my car washed. They did a terrible job. I asked the manager calmly and respectfully, but he said to give him a second. They locked up and drove off without acknowledging my presence. I would pull the race card, but I will say it was an act of ageism. Berlin and Ocean city need training in customer service. Please note after I was told it’s what I paid for, I asked for an upgraded service. The young lady responded by appointment. Please do better. Also, don’t worry, I won’t be back. Be blessed, and remember God never sleeps.

I purchase the $26 package and even added $3 for the back of my jeep tobe vacuumed. Horrible job. There was still lots of beach sand in the rear carpet of my jeep. Also, a piece of candy was still in my front cup holder. Bad, bad job. $29 for the package. Not worth it. Next I will get the basic.

Very poor job. When you have poor management with a smart a** attitude your employees share your work ethics. Gas station car wash does a better job! Rip off car wash.

Not worth $31.00 looks worse then when I got there. 😭 Thanks for responding. I guess water spots are included with the wash then? I’ve never had that issue before 🤔
