Best Chinese food, & that says something bc I live in nyc. They are the kindest family and their food is truly so yummy. Best General Tso and Lo Mein. Dumplings were 10/10. So happy my grandparents showed us this place! The bad reviews here are people who are impatient and tourists. People who don’t understand good food and family owned businesses shouldn’t leave such exaggerated poor reviews. Yes, it gets busy and as a customer you should be smart enough to realize that with a couple people working there might be a wait. Especially if it’s a weekend or busy night. Go to McDonald’s if you want faster food. Every time we come down to visit family we order here, hands down the best!! Never had one bad experience and my family who lives there has not either. Nothing but great customer service and great food.

If I could give a 0 I would. Horrible customer service. Made an order over the phone, then we show up and they say they have no such order but I showed her the number and call but did nothing to fix the situation and then didn’t even offer to make it even after the fact. Made us wait 10 plus minutes to do nothing to help, if you don’t want money CLOSE THE HELL DOWN. I never write reviews but this was one worth doing.

Ordered from here for the first time over the weekend. Based on the reviews I already knew the food was going to be good. However I was pleasantly surprised to also get my bumper fixed too. When the gentleman first came out to let me know my order would be ready soon he also noticed that my bumper was loose on the left side. I've tried to push it back in a few times but it always popped back out. He had a big knee brace on but still got on the ground to take a look. He said he had some clips/tabs for it and sure enough he came back out with them and knew exactly where to put them. He was one of the friendliest guys I've ever met. Glad to be able to support people like that. If I lived in the area I would definitely order from here often.
