We showed up at 7:35 for dinner, they put us in the booth all the way in the corner and it was so smooshed - we barely fit in it plus it was very sticky and dirty. We waited until 8:05 but after not getting a server and being ignored several times by the server who had the tables next to us we get up and left. Cracker Barrel across the street was happy to serve us :)

Usually slow during the day in the off-season. Be prepared if ordering “mild” wings, they are spicier than other mild levels I’ve tried. This was our first time ordering something other than the wings and we decided on the chicken wrap. Also had the fried pickle appetizer as usual. Highly recommend the adult drinks Old No 7 lemonade and the Red Bull sunrise. The server offered to bring ketchup and never brought it back so we just grabbed our own from a table across the dining room. They also offer a rewards program to earn points for free menu items. Easy to sign up and earn free stuff!

Sat with no refills until food came. Food took a while and came out cold. Macaroni for kids looked leftover and reheated up. Wings and fries were cold. Not pleased at all. Will probably have to get kids McDonald’s when leave here because their food was horrendous and old. No point in saying anything bc everyone blames COVID for not knowing how to cook properly.

We don’t know if there is portion control in this restaurant or what. Paying $11.99 for this 1 piece of dry chicken, 2 buns, 3 slice of pickles. Also the person on the phone that took the order was rude. I have been to many locations. This one was definitely one of the worst locations. If you do really need to order the wings maybe just order on app avoid to phone in and be treated badly. Won’t recommend to anyone. Management need to fix this issue ASAP or sooner or later they will be out of business.
