Asked to have simple work done on a car. It was a Wednesday. They told me they couldn’t even look at it for five days. What a waste.

My son-in-law made an appointment to have a flat tire repaired today. When he got there the person at the counter stopped his conversation with an employee in the back long enough to tell my son-in-law to go to another place down the street. He said he had an appointment for the repair, and was told "they can help you down there". Robert's has done work for us before and we have recommended them to others, even on social media. Never again. I can't imagine why my polite son-in-law would be treated this way. Maybe because he is a person of color? This town thrives on tourism. I am surprised and disappointed. Looking at some of these reviews, it seems Robert's needs to get their act together.

What a an honest mechanic. I was in from New Jersey and I thought I needed brakes. He could of easily sold them to be but no, explained to me exactly why I didn't and I left with only with an oil change!! Thanks, Wayne for being through and honest!

Didn't want to help when we were stranded. Said for me to leave car and they would get to it when they could. I didn't know whether it was the alternator or just the battery. Finally got him to reluctantly test our battery and that is all it was! Then wanted to charge us $250 for a new battery and wouldn't even call the parts store to see how long it would take to get it! Said we could go get lunch. Didn't care about us or that our vacation was being ruined. Went to Carquest three minutes down the road and fixed it myself in less than 10 minutes. $135 for a quality battery. I do not recommend them at all!!!!!!
